Legal occupational title
All of the lawyers listed on this website use the title of Attorney/Lawyer of the Federal Republic of Germany. They have been licensed in the Federal Republic of Germany.
Professional indemnity insurance
The lawyer Nicole Kapitza is insured by ERGO Versicherungs AG, Victoriaplatz 1, 40477 Düsseldorf, policy no. HA 2059389-444. The territorial scope of the insurance policy covers activities in member countries of the European Union and therefore satisfies the minimum requirements of Article 51 of the Federal Lawyers' Act (BRAO).
